Sending Invoices doesn't seem to work


I’m using the hosted version on A client reported me that his invoice didn’t arrive.

The dashboard shows it as “Sent” and the activity log says it’s been sent too. I’ve checked with two customers and both reported that no email/invoice arrived. Both are sent last night.

I’ve got the “Warning: This company wasn’t activated” in the sidebar still. Is this related?

The warning is most likely related. If you activate the company on Settings > Account Management and then resend the invoices your clients should receive them.

Awesome, thank you! I wasn’t sure if this is something I need to trigger or is triggered automatically if v4 goes offline. I’ve activated it and will let you know if it shouldn’t work with the next one (already sent the invoices in question by hand).
