Self Hosting, How Can I upgrade from v4 to v5

Hello all, I have my app installled on my own shared hosting (a2host) somebody now how can I upgrade my v4 to the last version?

Or where can i find a guide?

I was downloading from github the lastest installer zip file and uploading to my server via filezilla

You need to install v5 as a separate app and use the migration tool in the latest v4

I have cpanel access can i do it via file manager or I need to have root access to the server? its cloudlinux SO

Its a shred hosting and i was installing using softacolous
