I have have my date format set to dd/mm/yyyy in Localization settings. However when I use the Select Date button in ‘Input’ mode, it requires mm/dd/yyyy.
Should I submit a bug report for this?

You only need to click the date icon to show this popup if you want to use the calendar, you can enter dates directly in the text field using the set localization.
