Restore JSON from a free to an enterprise account does not work

Hi,

I want to transfer a company from a free account to my enterprise account.
When I import the JSON I get the message that the import started and after a while the logo as well as the company data is imported but no Customers, Invoices, etc. I also do not receive a mail that the import is completed. Have this problem since days. Any ideas?
