Reports: Not invoiced Tasks per Customer and in total

Hello,

i am not sure if i just can not find the correct field combination or it is not here - but it would be great if i can get the following reports:

  • Hours from tasks which are not invoiced of chosen client
  • Hours from tasks which are not invoiced in total (where i can see open hours per client)
  • Also would be nice to have. How many hours did i worked today (so sum of time of todays tasks, all states)

Also i would +1 to save favorites in reports :slight_smile: as another user suggested.

Also a good place to display the sum of the time of already finished tasks or open tasks could be in tasks module.

Because there these filter options already exist (filter bar, filter if active / archived, filter by status):

It looks like you’re using the macOS app, we’re developing desktop widgets which may also be an option.

Yes i am using the macOS app. Oh - desktop widgets with that functionality would be great to have :smiley:

Great to hear! The initial version of the widget will be basic (just invoices/payments) but we plan to support more use cases in the future.

I tried to understand how Reports are working in source code. But i think it is beyond my capabilities in this field.

Is there any chance to get Reports with stats of not invoiced hours per customer?
Or the sum of time below the task table as shown in the above screenshot?

Or can you give me a push in the right direction how i can achieve it myself? :slight_smile:
