I just purchased a license and apparently is too long for the input and it’s giving me an error. What do I have to do?

Hi,

It looks like you’re using an older version of the app, if you update it should resolve the issue. Another option is to use the latest version of the mobile app to apply the license.

I can’t update yet, my server will have to move before I do that. I can’t move until the middle of this month.

Have you tried the mobile app?

Yes, the first 2 tries was through the Windows app, so I thought that was the problem and went to try on the web. Would that make any difference? It’s the same version. Would the mobile version fix the issue?
