I would like to remove the currency symbol/code from the PDF invoices altogether. Because, we only work with clients within the country, so it just takes up unnecessary space.
You should be able to update currencies table and then clear the cache by adding ?clear_cache=true to the URL

The table is called currencies

I was searching in files. Whereas this is a database.
