Recurring Invoices Not Sending on set date

I have version 5.12.8 with a few recurring invoices that is set for the 20th of each month. For the past 2 months only 2 of the recurring invoices are sent out and the rest doesn’t send at all.

Any help to diagnose this issue would be greatly appreciated.
