7/31 my recurring invoices didn’t process. Possibly because my Brevo account was down briefly. Today I want to process them but I can’t figure out how. Help? Thanks.
Hi,
Is the queue enabled/are there records in the jobs table?
Where would I check these?
Can you post a screenshot of the health check dialog
What do you see as the next send date for one of the recurring invoices which failed to send?
July 31, 2024 8:00 PM - ie: yesterday
Have you tried the send now option?
I don’t see a SEND NOW option.
Hmm… you may only see that if the recurring invoice has never been sent. As a workaround if you change the send date to today it should send.
When I edit an invoice it already says it’s going to send tonight at 8pm. So I guess I’ll wait.
But what about the two items that failed on the health check? Do I need to worry about them?
Those are suggested improvements, not failures. They can be ignored.
The recurring invoices did not run last night. Next Send Date is still 8/1/2024. Still not processed into invoices. What can I research or try now?
FYI: It would be super, in the future, if there were an option to process these on demand.
Yes and in the future also the ability to make a date back in time and then have it run all missing to date.
We have sometimes (not often but it have happened) that one forgets to create a subscription (recurring invoice) and then when our bill comes from provider we see that and needs to make 3 invoices (monthly) manually and then they are not associated with the recurring-invoice in our end nor in the client portal.
Any suggestions for me yet?
Has anything else changed on the server? The latest version of the app now requires the CLI PHP version to be 8.2.
It is on PHP 8.2 and nothing else is changed so far as I know. The recurring charges still have not processed BTW.
What do you see when running the cron from the CLI with the >> part (it hides the output).
I don’t know what Cron you mean. I haven’t run a manual Cron.
