Recurring Invoice & One Time Payment Setup/Onboarding Fee

When creating a recurring invoice for your customers monthly subscription how do you add a one time payment for setup/onboarding fee? I don’t want to have to also create a separate invoice for the setup fee.

With recurring invoices one option would be to remove the one time fee after the first invoice is generated. If you use the subscriptions feature you can configure one time/recurring products.
