Recurring Invoice + CC to self

Hi Ninjas,

I did setup a recurring invoice (all sweet with that) and my only concern is that I couldn’t find a way to cross send the egressing emails to the given customer as well as myself (for archiving/accounting purposes).

Is this even possible? I know that on regular invoices, while sending them out, you’re able to add a CC while sending – that would be what I’d be after in regards to recurring invoice.

Hi,

Here are two possible options:

  • On Settings > Email Settings set a BCC email, I believe this is applied to all emails.
  • Add a ‘CC only’ contact to the recurring invoice, this is a new feature only available in recent releases.

Thanks, your 1st proposed solution does work / I couldn’t find that CC only contact though I’m running a pretty recent IN / v5.13.22 – let me know, thanks

You should see it when editing a client by each contact.
