When I send invoices, sometimes it is immediately marked as “viewed”, due to client’s mail server scanning the link. Usually the IP address is showing as a Microsoft IP, Apple IP or Google IP, obscuring when the client actually opens the invoice or quote. Is there anyway to either reset this status after sent, or record every time a client views the invoice or quote? I’ve had several instances where the invoice is showing as viewed, only to find out it went to their spam folder.
