Quote Signature box not appearing

Hello, I recently sent some quotes out, and my clients are informing me that when they click “approve” on mobile or desktop, the signature box does not appear. I have tried this with my test client account, and found that on desktop, before the PDF window loads, the signature box appears. If I wait until the PDF loads, the Approve button turns a lighter shade, but the signature box never appears. On mobile I can not get the signature box to appear at all. There is nothing in the logs and am running v5.6.18-C123.

I haven’t sent any quotes out since the beginning of the month, so I am not sure exactly when this issue started. Anything I can try to resolve this issue?

Thanks for reporting this, I see the issue here and i’ve tagged a fix which is available in v5.6.19
