Qnap Invoice Ninja, wher to create mysql user?

I installed Qnap app Invoice Ninja from Qnap Club. After installation, and running it, on initial page, it asks to create user on Maria DB. It gives sample command. Where do I run that command?

You would need to run the command in the database using either a GUI (such as phpmyadmin) or using the command line.

does it mean I need to install maria db in my qnap, and run the command?

I’m not familiar with Qnap but the app does require a database to function.
