Progress Invoices

Are there any plans to support progress invoices on the roadmap? Are there currently any workarounds?

I see in a previious post

You could set the partial/deposit field 3 times to accept 4 payments on one invoice.

but i cannot ffind the way to do this. Any suggestions?
