Problems creating and downloading delivery order (Lieferschein)

Hello,
I can’t download delivery order/Lieferschein.

If I click on “herunterladen”(download) there I get a document using the invoice form - not the document lieferschein, which I can see only as a preview.

And I wonder, why the template fields for Lieferschein, Gutschrift Design and so on are empty and how i could add a Lieferschein-Design.

maybe I´m too old, but for me a desktop app means software installed locally on my PC. But downloading the “Desktop App” for windows is downloading an installer where I have the choice to install the software “Hosted” or “Self Hosted” - but no local install version. I think if I choice “Self-Hosted” I will have another SaaS-Installation on a (own) Server - make no sense, I think.

Or have I overseen the important part and there IS a Version for a local Installation on a Windows or Debian (11 or 12) System?

After upgrading my InvoiceNinja (Yunohost) to v14.04.2024.1 the problem with the empty fields (marked yellow) exist further.

The desktop app isn’t an installer, when you login you need to select whether you’re using the app to access a hosted or selfhosted account.

I understood: the desktop app is a local frontend for a remote service (self-hosted or hosted). After installing it and adding my self-hosted installation I could select my design in the previously empty fields. I also could select the “Lieferschein” button viewing an invoice and download the “Lieferschein” (delivery order) as pdf.
After changing back to the web-interface, the fields are still empty there. So I think it might be an error with the web-interface.

But how can I change the template of the delivery order? It is not shown in the template list. The custom fields in the delivery order are different from the fields in my invoice, but they shouldn’t.

You can select a custom template for the delivery note on Settings > Invoice Design.

To create a custom delivery note template you can base it off the samples in the docs.
