Problem with customer registration form translation

Hello, I’m using Invoice Ninja in Brazilian Portuguese.

I recently installed Invoice Ninja on my server, but when I translated it to pt-BR I noticed that the fields of the self-registration form for clients were in English. How do I fix this problem?
