I’m trying to start fresh with a new install of invoice ninja. I wanted to know where I could find my license key and also how I can move my invoices and settings over.

If you email as at contact@invoiceninja.com with the email you used to purchase your license we can look it up for you.
To move over the data you’ll need to export and then import a backup of your MySQL database.
