i did use first snappdf but that was also not working and my crons are normaly set so i don’t now why that is

Are there any related errors in the logs?

Also, have you tried the web app?

yeah email. But that is already fixed and the web is also not working

Have you checked both the browser console and storage/logs for any related errors? Without any error details it’s hard to help.

where can i find the errors in the web gui?

i found something interesting it loads the pdf but like after 1 a 3 mins

Which PDF renderer are you using?

first snappdf and then the default one of invoice self but they are both slow

i found it! The vm where invoice ninja whas on it has a strict network so evrey time that i ask for a pdf blocked the system it. So now it is not on a strict network :slight_smile:
