Hi, hope all is well.
We noticed that the PDF version of the quotes is not being formatted correctly - the copyright segment on the right takes up most of the screen and it’s hard to review the quote.
We tried opening the links on several devices, but they all look like this, so it’s an app/portal problem. I think it was looking fine a couple of months ago so it could be a recent issue.
I know about the html view version for mobile devices, but it trunkates the name/description if they’re too long, and it’s critical for us that the entirety of the information is shown. It also always shows the line quantity/line total, even if nothing is entered, which is also not what we need.
We’re using the app version so we can’t try tweaking the css ourselves.
Can you please review this and see if there is a bug/glitch somewhere? I went through all the settings to see if it could be a footer or something, but couldn’t see anything relevant.
