Should have mentioned I have installed the self hosted version
Is the live PDF preview working? Also, are you testing with standard invoices or recurring?
The preview works fine, I can also download the pdf from there.
I can download an invoice pdf from with the admin also.
The problem is just with the pdf contained in the invoice email.
I’m testing the standard invoices
Which version are you running?
I downloaded the latest version an replaced the previous one via FTP
To be clear, v2.4.9.4

Do you see the same problem with a simpler invoice.
If you have a logo can you test without it.
I removed the logo and the pdf worked, I’ve forwarded the email to you.

Maybe it will work with a different version of your logo. I’ve never seen this before.
