Paypal Line Items

self-hosted v4.5.14

Hey,

I am hoping to get some advice with a scenario.

list of line items/services are not being sent to over to paypal.
Paypal simply has “Invoice 0036” or whatever as the description.

The checkbox in setup is checked, I see that this has been brought up in the past, but seems to have been resolved??

Am i missing something in order to get this to function?
