Hi, I’ve installed the self hosted version of Invoice Ninja on my shared hosting. I’ve configured paypal express as payment gateway, but when I click on Pay Now from the user frontend and select Paypal, I get the following error:
My provider says that there’s no way to enable it on my hosting. Is there anything I can do to make it work bypassing the problem? Thank you
The PayPal driver we use implements this, so I don’t think there is an easy fix for this unfortunately.
I will say thou, i’ve never heard of a host disabling this functionality. It sounds very strange.
Thank you for your reply. They said it’s disabled on all shared hostings for security reasons and they told me to try to reach out for developers of the plugin since they say it’s disabled by the majority of shared hosting providers. Maybe that’s how it usually works in Italy. And it’s maybe the biggest hosting provider, not even a smaller one. Gaah. Guess the only solution is to use the non self hosted vesion.
