Customer is trying to pay and he is getting this error:
- The api_login_id is required.
Our Gateway states:
- Merchant id: xxxxxxxxxxx
- Status: activated
- Email: Confirmed
- Permissions: Granted
- Notifications:

It sounds like you may have multiple gateways configured here. api_login_id is typically seen with authorize.net
I would navigate to Settings > Payment Settings and remove any gateways which have not been configured.
