Payment not registered


For a recent payment, we did not receive confirmation in Invoice Ninja that the invoice was paid, so now we’re late to fulfill an order by about 10 days.

This order was captured through Stripe ACH, and in our Stripe account it is showing as paid.

Any guidance on how we might troubleshoot this? Very bad for business to miss payments and not fulfill orders in time.
