Payment Email

Hi,

Will the client receive an automated Payment Email when the invoice is marked paid manually? (if someone pays by check or cash)
I looked to see if this was in the user guide, sorry if I missed it.

If you use the ‘Mark Paid’ option your client won’t be emailed. When manually creating a payment you can optionally check ‘Email payment receipt to the client’ to send an email to your client.
