Partial Due Date Error

I keep getting this error no matter what I do. Invoice date set at 7/25/2024, valid until Net30. When I fill in the partial due amount, it requests a due date. No matter if I set the due date to before or after the quote expiration, I get this error.

422: Unprocessable Content • The given data was invalid.

• The partial due date must be a date before due date.
• The due date field is required.

Hi,

@david any thoughts?

You may want to try with the desktop app to see if there’s a difference.

I can see you have interchanged the terms Quote / Invoice here. Can you confirm this is impacting quotes?

I’ve tested this myself and cannot seem to find the combination to recreate this. If the quote status is Draft it works as expected.

I have a short loom showing this test. here I have a net 30 valid until. If i use a date for the partial that is in excess of this, i get a 422, if i use a partial date prior to the terms, it works fine.

Referring to quotes. So I find if I manually set the quote valid until date, the partial due date works. But if I leave the quote valid until date blank (shows net30), I get that error. Shouldn’t this just do net30 from the quote created date? I feel like I haven’t had to manually set the quote valid until date before.

I just created some new test quotes and it is working as before now.
