I’m sure this is in here somewhere, but cant find it here or a Google search. I want to customize the form that is presented to the receiver of an invoice when they pay online – path I have is /client/pay – thanks in advance.
How did you want to customize? as in decorate the look of the page? or change the contents?
Anything is possible in the raw code it all depends what you wanted to achieve.

In Settings > Client Portal > Customize
you can override the CSS and Javascript
For anything beyond this you would need to edit the base layouts.
