How do people use InvoiceNinja with rentals? Say you have 20 rental properties and you bill each monthly for rent.
How do people deal with labor? We might install a washer and bill for the washer and labor but have to give a quote first.

If you need to provide a quote you could create a quote in the app which will be converted to an invoice once the quote is approved.
Another option would be to add the charges to the recurring invoice and then remove them once the monthly invoice has been generated.
