So far I’m linking the app but I just found out proposals are only available in v4.
Is there a way to create an account for v4 so I can use that feature?
Also, when will proposals be included in v5.

Sorry, we no longer support creating new hosted v4 accounts. We don’t have immediate plans to support proposals in v5. One option may be to selfhost the v4 app.
