Hi there,
is there a way to show the net amounts of invoices in the backend? I mean in the dashboard and also in invoices table. Gross amounts are not so interesting, as the VAT will be gone anyway.
Thanks!

Hi,
The desktop app has an option to switch between net/gross amounts.
Feel free to create an issue to request that this is added to the web app.
I created it here: Allow to switch to net values in web dashboard and all tables (e.g. invoices) · Issue #1877 · invoiceninja/ui · GitHub
Hi, Hillel,
I do not find that switch. Can you make a screenshot when you have some minutes off, please? Thank you!
Greetings!
@hillel , thanks but look:
This is the Flutter-desktop-app for Linux; installed with Flathub. It looks like you use the Flutter-web-app, right?
Are taxes enabled on Settings > Tax Settings?
@hillel Calculated Taxes are on (for Germany), expenses-taxes are on with one tax, everything else is off.
If you enable line item taxes you should see the option
Ah, yes, that’s true. But sadly the Option doesn’t seem to work with the overview about the amount of active invoices (and payments). However, the option is there now. Thank you!
Thanks, we’ll look into it
@hillel
STOP! Now it works! Had to switch from this periode to this month.
Sorry - I don’t have this option in neither web dashboard nor react web app.
Thats really a pitty - as we have a mix of invoices to clients who are excempted from VAT. and the majority with VAT.
When the dashboard can show the total amount of invoice volumes, shouldn’t it be also able to show the amounts without tax? The data ist there
