Name & e-mail of admin user are used as sender in e-mails

I’m sorry to bother you again but I encountered a weird behavior.
When I send an e-mail for an invoice, the sender address and name seem to be taken from the name and e-mail address of my admin user.
Only the “reply-to” address is still the one specified in the e-mail settings.

To check my own sanity I changed the name of my admin user to “Gandalf the Grey”, then logged in with another user and created an invoice. When I then send the e-mail for this invoice it shows “Grandalf the Grey” as the sender (and my admin e-mail address as the from-address).

Did this change in one of the last updates? Can you reproduce this?
