Multiple locations, 1 client

We are currently in a pickle with Invoice Ninja.

We have clients with multiple locations and 1 billing address. We attempted to use Projects for the various locations. This works to a point, but we found that we cannot run reports on the projects as individual locations. In researching a workaround (solution), I came across this What is the best way to handle a client with multiple locations?, is there a better solution? I need each location to have all the features afforded to a client. What is your solution?

is this something that will be integrated later? cause I’m thinking of upgrades, moves etc. and if the installation would survive.
