Missing fields in credit pdf

v5.1.52 - Shared Hosting

The ‘Valid Until’ Field is missing on the pdf output of the Credits.

This field is definitely included in settings > invoice design > credits and is also present in the sample pdf output there, but does not show up on any actual credit notes.

I have looked on your demo Invoice Ninja and it is similarly not showing there.
