Minimum seat count for subscriptions

Would like to be able to set a minimum seat count for a subscription. Currently it starts at QTY 1 - but would be nice to set this to any number greater than 1 as a subscription may require a minimum seat count for that product/service.

Also add the ability to adjust the quantities above that by manually entering the amount instead of using the - and + buttons.
