Migration to V5 both in Docker

I have V4 and want to migrate to V5.
Both on the same machine and both in Docker (Docker-Compose)
every time I try to migrate I get a fail (when I use QUEUE_CONNECTION=database) or timeout (when I use QUEUE_CONNECTION=sync) !!
I tried to put them both in the same network but that did not help too!!
