I tried to migrate from hosted v4 to v5 this morning using the button in v4.
All my date is gone. The only things that I can see that were migrated are my first and last names, and my plan status. Wow.
Not sure if my experience can be of any help, but I also could not see any content after migration. The dropdown on top left had a second item with the same company name. Selecting that one displays my data.

And also make sure you log out then back in again on V5 after the migration or the company you just migrated won’t show in the dropdown.
