Migration Failure V4 - V5

I am having tremendous problems after installing V5 and no one is responding to my emails.

1.) I have records that were paid in November with December paid dates.

2.) I have multiple client cards showing in dashboard even expired cards, this data was to be removed once client updates card.

3.) Stripe payments not updating system showing paid in v4 & Stripe but not updating paid in V5.

4.) Recurring data from v4, did not transfer to v5 correctly not one-for-one data match dates changed.


Once you migrate to v5 changes in v4 won’t be reflected in v5, does that explain some of these issues?
