Hello, we have purchased a new server and need documentation on how to make a backup from the main server to the new one.

The prob is we c’ant reach DATABASE from Cloudron the new server is 100% custom server without cloudron
Ideally if you can export your database and then reimport, this is the best way, however if you have zero access to the database then the next best thing is a data export/import.
You can perform an export in Settings > Import | Export
Then import this file into your new server. As soon as you import, you’ll want to reupload your company logo.
For weerd reason ,
