Hey guys - I use both Android and IOS invoice ninja apps and do most of our work from mobile devices. I’d like to be able to receive instant notifications when an invoice is paid AND a text message as well. Can’t figure out how to do that on either os.

The app supports sending email notifications, they can be configured on Settings > User Details > Notifications.
For other types of notifications you could use a service like Zapier or Make.
Hey Hillel, I apologize I didn’t see your response until now. Is there no way to have the mobile app add Push Notifications for when Payments are received? That would be so helpful.
If notifications are enabled in the settings you should receive an email immediately after a payment is made.

Once again I’m requesting this be a priority! I don’t understand how an app and platform this robust and providing this particular service can’t send a push notification instantly when you get paid or have an issue? Like every single other $$ related app on earth - where you get push notifications, text notifications or even… BOTH?! it’s crazy to me that this isn’t a higher priority internally or requested more externally. I’m seeing posts and requests for it back to 2018!
I believe most people are ok with email notifications. I agree mobile notifications would be better, one thing that complicates the issue is we wouldn’t be able to easily support both hosted and selfhosted users.
But its only needed as a standard, expected, logical functionality of mobile apps on mobile devices.
I’d honestly be amazed if you could find even 1 other mobile app ANYWHERE - on Android or IOS that’s anywhere in the financial payments, invoicing or even bookkeeping /accounting categories that was also limited to exclusively email notifications and activity only!
It’s beyond mystifying that more people aren’t demanding the ability to have isolated notifications of their incoming $$.
I want to be able to set a custom text/push notification of a cash register ka-chinging so I know every time one of our invoices is paid!
