Linux desktop app and PDF

I feel like I’m missing something simple. When using the linux desktop app, PDF previews do not work, and I get an “Exception: This device does not support the display of PDF documents” error within the PDF display window of the app. I assume I’m missing the installation of something, but I don’t know what. It seems to work fine on the same system using a web browser. The Windows version seems to work fine on a different windows box.

Hi,

Sorry, Linux isn’t yet supported by the package we use to display PDFs.

For now you can use the “Client portal” link as a workaround to view it.
