License Key Retrieval

Hi,
I would like to do a fresh install since current installed Invoice Ninja having many issues. Hence, I would like to retrieve back my license.

@azlan.yhasser Are you planning on starting with no existing data? If you backup your database it will contain the license. If you setup a new install you will need to re-apply the license. You can email contact@invoiceninja.com if you lost your license to recover it. Note: There is a limit the number of times a license can be used but you can email them if there’s a problem.

It has to be on the same subdomain, right? Cuz just now tried to restore it on other subdomain, all data were successfully restored but license wasn’t.

If restoring database will includes license, then I can proceed with fresh install.

@azlan.yhasser The licenses are just tied to the installation, not the domain.

If you have the original invoice the license is shown on the PDF.

Otherwise you can email contact@invoiceninja.com.

The original invoice is missing, there is nowhere to find it at the moment. Btw, an email was sent earlier today to contact@invoiceninja.com but no response yet.
