Latest update causing havoc

Can I just give one of you guys access and help fix all these issues, starting with the crons job issue.

I’m not unable to send quotes or invoices since the last update. Crons never works, no matter what I do that you suggest. Its becoming a problem. There are so many features that I love about Invoice Ninja and I really don’t want to have to move to a different system.


Are you seeing any errors in storage/logs or the web server error logs?

Hillel, no there are no errors envolving crons. The only issue I have now is Crons not being enabled. The other issues were fixed with the very last update. I tried everything to fixed the crons job issue. I followed every step on all the documents you have provided, and nothing enables the crons job.

What do you see if you run the cron from the CLI removing the >> part and everything after?

No change, still saying that Crons Job is not enabled


namecheap cpnael doesn’t allow me to do cron jobs under 5 minutes FYI

I was asking you to try running the command from the command line so you can see the output and check for errors.

I don’t know how to do that from cpanel

Thanks for all of your help. I fixed the crons issue, found out that because NameCheap Hosting doesn’t allow for a 1-minute crons update, you have to “trick it” figuratively speaking, which I found out how to do from other forums. Thanks.
