Just paid the 40 USD while label subscription yearly fee, but.. something went wrong

We paid the yearly subscription free 19/May/2026 (reference : ch_3TYxYdFCfxpFPptt0qQL8bOc )but the while label is not applied. Instead Invoice Ninja ask us for paying 40 USD more which doesn’t mate sense:

So we have no idea what is going on and how to solve this. But obviously we don’t want to pay twice for the same thing.

have you tried to re-enter the licence-key?

This solved the problem on my side.

Doesn’t work because the invoice do not include the license key.

If it is a renewal, the existing license key can be reused. if it is a new license, just send us an email [email protected]
