Few days ago, I have configured Invoiceninja with Salesforce and getting all the data from salesforce to Invoiceninja to generate invoice. Before It was working properly and I was really enjoying doing it, but for few days, I am facing some issue with authentication. When I was searching about this, I came across these resources Login Issues - Credentials do not match records - #6 by hillel salesforce admin tutorial, however, they are a bit good but not matching with my condition.
Is anyone else having trouble with logging in or accessing certain features on Invoice Ninja? I keep running into authentication and authorization errors, and it’s driving me crazy!
Here’s what’s happening:
Login Problems: Every time I try to log in, I get this annoying message saying, “Authentication failed. Please check your credentials or contact support for assistance.” I’ve double-checked my username and password like a hundred times, and they’re definitely correct.
Feature Access Issues: On the rare occasions I do manage to log in, I’m locked out of some features that I usually have access to. For example, I can’t generate new invoices or view certain reports. I get an error message saying, “You do not have permission to access this feature.”
Session Timeouts: When I finally get through the login process and start working, I get randomly logged out. I’ve lost so much progress on invoices because of this. The message says, “Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue.” This happens way too often and it’s super frustrating.
I’ve tried:
Clearing my browser cache and cookies: Didn’t help.
Using different browsers: Still the same problem on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Resetting my password: I got an email to reset it, but after changing it, I still can’t log in.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on what else I could try? I really need to get back to work and this is slowing me down big time.
