Issues when migrating from v4 to v5

hi there, we are suffering terrible issues when migrating some companies in the pro plan and actually, we are receiving little or almost zero support which is affecting our company seriously in time and resources.

after dozens of attempts we have got today migrated two companies and in the last one we are facing continuous Cloudflare errors or just showing nothing, i would appreciate real support from @hillel or someone from Invoiceninja because if not the option is to abandon the software and move to other solution
