Is there a way to group and total employee expenses for payment?

Like any business my staff cover incidental expenses, and I reimburse them.

Instead of a clunky spreadsheet they put everything on, I thought there might be a way to use Invoice Ninja to do it?

Get the totals right, and keep the data handy for future reference.

Even if I enter an expense now, how do I pay it out?


The app is designed for accounts receivables not to track payables, that said it may work…

You can assign expenses to users to track who they belong to, you may be able to use custom fields to track any other info.

ah nuts. I love what this app does. But I do need to track expenses and other payables. I wonder if there is another app just for that?
