Invoives not generating pdf

Good Day Invoice Ninja Comunity

For some reason. I am getting this screen when trying to view the invoice. I can’t download the invoice and clients can’t see the invoice as well. It’s like the pdf is corrupt after the invoice or quote is created:

So for now…
I have had to change the PHP8.0 to PHP7.3 to get the old V4 working to download invoices to continue working but when i change back to PHP8.0 and try to make invoices or email from V5, it shows this error and doesn’t allow to view pdf or email. PHP7.3 is now end of life and I need urgent help please.

Was it working and then stopped working or was it never working?

The latest v4 app now supports PHP 7.4.

It was working perfectly and then we had an issue changing from PhantomJS to Invoice Ninja (pdf generation). The PhantomJS wants to charge be view and we already bought Invoice Ninja License. We went with invoice ninja and now, it’s giving this error when trying to view or send invoice or quote.

@david any thoughts to debug?

Is there any chance you are using Cloudlinux? I find Cloudlinux “ALT” variation of PHP is incompatible with Invoice Ninja.

Also have you updated your .env file by going to Yourdomain.com/public/update?secret=secret.

Version 4’s pdfs are also no longer working or seem corrupt. The mails go off okay but when it gets to the client, they can’t open the actual invoice or quote (pdf).

hosting provider not using CloudLinux. The installation just defaults using phantom no matter what I change in the env. going to try a new installation on a new domain now as nothing is working on this installation anymore.
