Invoices not consistent across multiple accounts

There are two of us creating and updating invoices. One person updates an invoice (and saves), and the other does not see these changes reflected (after refreshing and closing/re-opening) the desktop app.

Please advise.

The desktop app automatically checks for new changes every 5 minutes. You can click the refresh button in the lower right corner of the screen to force a refresh.

Yes I was forcing the refresh and it wasn’t changing. I also closed out the app and reopened and there was no change. Today it seems to be working fine though. Thanks
