Invoice Payment

I am using

Every time I attempt to pay an invoice via email, I get this error message in a red box at the top of the screen:
“Authorizenet_aim: Phone required”

can anyone tell me why this might be happening, and/or suggest any fixes?

I’m not sure, I’ve tested and haven’t seen the same error.

Maybe there is a configuration option in your payment gateway portal to prevent requiring the phone number.

We don’t currently send the phone number but could look into adding it if needed.
